  • Short Review: It’s good, visuals are incredible, the Old Testament never looked so good.  Long Review: Before we get to the fact that it doesn’t follow the source material (ya know, the Bible) let’s talk about the movie as just a movie first.   It’s FANTASTIC.  The acting is good

  • Short Review: Pretty darn good, worth seeing it in the theater, and in 3D if you can pony up. Full Review: I’ve read a few reviews on this movie already, and in full disclosure, I’ll attempt to keep my opinions my own and not steal from others, but as we

  • Short Review: {mainvote} Fun action flick, good to see John Mclain still kicking ass. This time bad guy Russian ass. (wait, didn’t he do that before...no...Germans? I can’t remember). Not as good as the original or the third one, but better than the last one. (really) Long Review: I liked

  • Perfect. Not just in comparison to the other movies I watched this last weekend, but also in comparison with other animated movies I loved. See it right now, it’s so, just, perfect. First, the animated short “Paperman”  before the movie was very cute and fantastic, I’m glad Disney and Pixar

I really enjoy photography, I used to shoot with my Nikon D-70, but now I got a fancy new Nikon D 5100! You can request a quote on prints of my photos here. A lot of these photos are taken in, Duluth, Minnesota, where I lived for 13 years. I enjoy nature photography, hence a lot of the very pretty, admittedly feminine photos of flowers (aren't they pretty?), and nighttime city shots, and everything in between. Also, if you're looking for someone to shoot your wedding in Eau Claire, WI, or Duluth, MN, or anyone in between, I'm your guy.
